John Mitchell (c.1781 – 29 August 1859)[1] was an English Tory[2] politician.
He was elected at the 1818 as a Member of Parliament (MP) for Kingston-upon-Hull, and held the seat until 1826 general election,[1] when he did did contest the Hull.[2]
